1. Program description
Mavens HQ may send text messages related to inquiries, appointments, project updates, customer care, service notices, and—when separately authorized—promotional offers. The sender is Mavens HQ, operated by Sarah Rose Tamparong.
2. Consent and eligibility
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you authorize Mavens HQ to send text messages to that number using automated or non-automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Do not provide a number you are not authorized to use. You must promptly notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, service activity, and preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Mavens HQ does not charge a separate fee for text messages, but your carrier may.
4. Opting out and getting help
Opting out of one program may not opt you out of a different program for which you separately enrolled. Transactional messages that are legally permitted may still be sent when necessary to complete an active request.
5. Mobile privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that provide supporting services, such as customer service or messaging delivery. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Delivery, supported carriers, and availability
Message delivery is subject to carrier networks, device compatibility, internet or cellular availability, and third-party providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS services may not be available on all carriers or in all locations and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued.
7. Changes and governing terms
We may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in our programs, providers, or legal requirements. Continued participation after an update means the revised terms apply. These terms supplement our Terms of Service; if there is a conflict about mobile messaging, these SMS Terms control for that subject.
