1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to websites, forms, communications, and services operated under the Mavens HQ name by Sarah Rose Tamparong (“Mavens HQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our websites, requesting work, approving a proposal, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services and project scope
We provide digital strategy, content, design, funnel and website builds, CRM configuration, automation, AI-agent setup, and related consulting or implementation services. The exact deliverables, schedule, revision allowance, support period, and price are defined in the applicable proposal, order form, invoice, or written project agreement.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional fees. Estimates are based on the information available when they are issued.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate instructions, approvals, brand assets, access credentials, and content needed for the work.
- Confirm that supplied materials may lawfully be used and do not infringe third-party rights.
- Review deliverables and provide consolidated feedback within the stated approval windows.
- Maintain appropriate subscriptions, domains, licences, payment accounts, and usage credits for third-party platforms.
- Review and approve all final marketing, legal, compliance, and business claims before publication.
4. Fees, payment, and taxes
Fees and payment schedules are shown in your proposal or invoice. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, work may begin only after required payment and access are received. Overdue amounts may pause delivery and support. You are responsible for applicable taxes, platform charges, ad spend, messaging usage, and other third-party costs not expressly included in the project price.
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the applicable written offer and refund terms presented at purchase.
5. Delivery, approvals, and revisions
Timelines are good-faith estimates and depend on timely client access, content, decisions, and third-party availability. A delivery date may move when approvals or required materials are delayed. Revisions are limited to the number and period stated in the project scope. New directions, new deliverables, or requests after approval may be quoted separately.
You are responsible for reviewing staging links, workflows, automations, forms, copy, links, pricing, and integrations before approving launch.
6. Intellectual property and portfolio use
Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before the project. After full payment, you receive the rights to final custom deliverables stated in the project agreement, excluding third-party assets, licensed fonts, stock media, platform components, reusable methods, templates, tools, and know-how.
Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, we may identify you as a client and display non-confidential final work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing. You may request reasonable removal of sensitive information.
7. Third-party platforms and communications
Our work may depend on services such as HighLevel, payment processors, email and SMS providers, hosting, social networks, AI tools, analytics, calendars, and domain registrars. Their availability, pricing, policies, approvals, and data practices are outside our control and governed by their terms.
If you opt in to SMS, the program-specific rules in our SMS Terms also apply.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services and websites are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific leads, revenue, rankings, engagement, approvals, uptime, platform performance, or business outcomes. You remain responsible for business decisions and for reviewing legal, tax, regulatory, advertising, and industry-specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavens HQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from a specific project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project during the six months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may end ongoing services according to the applicable agreement. We may pause or terminate access or work for non-payment, unlawful activity, misuse, security risk, abusive conduct, or material breach. Amounts earned and third-party costs incurred before termination remain payable.
These terms are governed by applicable Philippine law, without limiting consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith so the parties can attempt an informal resolution.
